The breakfast was wonderful and marvellous with home made goodies and salmon, as for instance, greatly enjoyed it.

Stayed in family room with a great breakfast which was perfect for me. There were an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was marvellous - adjacent to restaurants and activities as well as the main streets.

It is an exceptional and little place. Particularly good location short walk to sights and routes as well as probably the best seafood restaurant.

I was very happy with the immaculately clean and huge room, that was complete with fireplace and all the comforts required in a private, for example. The location was particularly good, near the hill above the town, the best restaurants, and historic Oamaru.

The location was marvellous, just next door to the main streets and town centre and routes to take. It also was near ocean. The family room was well maintained and huge🙂😀

The room was delightful and magnificent and it had hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and a shower cap, that's cool. Everything was spotless, including absolutely excellent breakfast with home made goodies. The location of the property was quiet and great, on the hill above the town.

The location was peaceful and great for traveling around Oamaru, so close to lovely Oamaru as well as the hill. It was delightful, gorgeous and with a great breakfast. A lounge and a closet space were a very nice touch.

It was in a great location on a restaurant for dinner.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was perfect. The setting of hotel was quiet, to the Intercity Bus stop.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It is located on a quiet residential street with roadside parking available. The hotel facilities are great and the cleanliness is exceptional. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and provided us with everything we needed for a great start to the day. We also received great recommendations on local restaurants and the transportation to the Dunedin Pink concert, which was extremely helpful.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel on a quiet residential street. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms were exceptional. The homemade cakes awaiting my arrival were a delightful touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the attractive quaint town. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful information about the local area and activities. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homemade food that both satisfied my taste buds and impressed my sight.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen the perfect place to stay. the hotel was able to provide all of the luxurious amenities I needed. the room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful garden view. the service was exceptional, and the special diet menus were delicious. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall indulgence of my stay. the location was perfect for exploring the local area.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was with the TV in the leisure room. It was difficult to find channels that were clear and easy to watch.
